HOME: A home is a place where the family lives and share life experience.
HOUSE: A house is a building that people live in or use for other purposes like rearing animals, offices etc.
CHARACTERISTICS OF A HOME
- A home normally belongs to a family which owns it.
- It is a dwelling place for a family.
- It must provide comfort, security and relaxation for the family members.
- It has basic conveniences like toilets, bathroom, kitchen, recreational facilities.
- There must be communication between family members in the home.
- It is inviting.
